1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using Gaode Maps Pro ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Plugin.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gaode Maps Pro for personal or commercial projects. Each license key is valid for one user.

3. Permitted Use

• Use the Plugin in unlimited Framer projects
• Create and publish websites using map components generated by the Plugin
• Use for both personal and commercial purposes

4. Restrictions

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Do not reverse engineer or modify the Plugin code for redistribution
• Do not use the Plugin for any illegal purposes

5. Third-Party Services

The Plugin requires a Gaode Maps (AMap) API key. You are responsible for obtaining and complying with Gaode Maps' terms of service. We are not affiliated with Gaode/AMap.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve. Contact us at jimmymjing@gmail.com for refund requests.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Gaode Maps API changes or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin.

9. Updates

We may update the Plugin from time to time. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, new features, or compatibility improvements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
